IFS Currency Limited is a Money Service Business. As such, it is regulated by the HMRC as well as directly by the various states in which we provide Money Transmission services. We are in absolute compliance with all regulations and laws governing our operations including the United Kingdom Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy Act.

We have sophisticated systems and policies/procedures in place to prevent, detect and report fraud, misuse and money laundering activity. Our KYC policies and requirements set forth by federal land state laws dictate that we identify our customers that conduct business with us. This may entail our employees and agents asking to see a government issued identification document prior to fulfilling a request for a Money Transfer transaction.

Privacy of your data is treated with the utmost respect, care and diligence. Access to your personal information is provided to those who only need access to such information to fulfil your Money Transfer transaction. We do not share your public and/or non-public data with any other organisation for marketing and for any other purposes other than to fulfil law enforcement requests.

The computer systems and the supporting hardware in use to process your Money Transfer transactions are located at highly secure Tier 1 data centres having strict physical access policies.
